How to use: To use the teddy bear as a warming pad, open the lock and remove the pad - only the bag inside the teddy bear can be heated. Heat in the microwave for half a minute at 600W power or in a 75 degree oven for about 3-5 minutes. Before use, make sure that the pad is not too warm and shake and pat it to avoid overheating one area.
