General conditions
The terms of use of the online store www.nordluv.com (hereinafter the Online Store) (hereinafter the Terms) apply to all legal relationships, offers of goods, orders, sales transactions that take place between the user of the Online Store (hereinafter the Customer) and the owner of the Online Store Nordluv Retail OÜ (hereinafter the Seller), registry code 16169913, business address Kanali tee 4, 10112, Tallinn.
In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia applies to the Webshop.
The seller has the right to change the Terms. The changes to the terms and conditions can be found in the Webshop and they take effect immediately after publication. By using the online store and placing an order through it, the Customer confirms that he has accepted the Terms.
Forming the order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of delivery of the goods. The total amount is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele;
- Bank transfer
- Buy now, pay later in cooperation with Inbank (read more FROM HERE)
NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to press the "Back to the merchant" button on the bank's page.
Payments are mediated Montonio Finance. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card Stripe in a safe environment. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current account.
The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance.
Nordluv does everything possible to ensure that the stock levels indicated in the e-shop correspond to reality, but a situation may arise where the stock level indicated on the product page is not correct. If you have ordered a product that has actually run out, we will contact you as soon as possible and agree on the most suitable solution.
DELIVERY
We ship to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, Austria, Ireland, Spain, France, Portugal. To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options: Omniva parcel machines, DPD parcel machines, DPD courier service, Pick up (Kanali tee 4, Tallinn/Peetri).
In the case of products that do not fit in the parcel machine, DPD courier service and I will pick you up (Kanali tee 4, Tallinn/Peetri) are displayed as transport options in the shopping cart.
The delivery cost is paid by the customer and the prices are as follows:
Estonian Omniva/DPD parcel machines - 2.95€; Latvia/Lithuania DPD parcel machines - 6,95€; Finland/Sweden DPD parcel machines - 10.95€

We usually post orders within Estonia within 1-2 working days. In the vast majority of cases, shipments arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 2-4 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. If the order includes, among other things, pre-sale products, the entire shipment will be posted with the pre-sale products when they arrive at the warehouse. PS! Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 14 calendar days.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price includes a fee for delivering the goods. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros (€).
The fee for delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.
Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return you are not allowed to use the ordered goods in a way other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
NB! Debt Law Act The right of withdrawal provided for in subsection 1 of § 56 does not apply to a contract, the object of which is the delivery of a sealed item that is not suitable for return for health protection or hygienic reasons (including, for example, food dishes and pacifiers) and if it has been opened after delivery.
The returned item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when it arrived at the Customer. If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to refuse to take back the goods.
To return the goods a free-form application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address info@nordluv.com (drop us a message about international shipping etc) at the latest within 14 days of receiving the goods. We appreciate it if you add the reason for the return immediately, this feedback gives us the opportunity to grow and develop.
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the product to be returned does not match the one ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product). The return includes the value of the product(s), the shipping cost of the original order is not reimbursed.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period.
The Online Store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that it has returned the item, whichever occurs first.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to technical problems or human error.
The right to file a claim
The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the contract conditions or a defect that already existed at the time of handing over the item and that appears within two years from the handing over of the goods to the buyer. From this the first six months within the time of handing over the thing to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of handing over the thing. It is the Webshop's responsibility to refute the corresponding assumption.
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest if a defect appears, by sending an e-mail to info@nordluv.com.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Webshop will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store responds to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct marketing and personal data processing
The online store uses personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his wish to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

Solving arguments
If the buyer has claims, ideas or suggestions regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to info@nordluv.com. We always try to find the best solution for everyone!
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.
