The small stuffed animals are filled with cherry stones and the large ones with organic spelled wheat. A small cuddly pillow filled with cherry stones can be used for both warming and cooling purposes.<\/p>\n How to use<\/strong>: To use the stuffed animal as a warming pad, open the lock under the animal's belly and remove the pad - only the bag inside the stuffed animal can be heated. Heat in the microwave for half a minute at 600W power or in a 75 degree oven for about 3-5 minutes.
